CONSTITUTION: A preheater system for a vehicle comprises a heat sink(110), a Positive Temperature Coefficient assembly, and a housing(130). The heat sink comprises multiple heat radiating fins and air flow paths. The air flow paths are formed between the heat radiating fins. The PTC assembly is arranged in the direction of the air flow paths through the heat sink and comprises a terminal for power supply and a PTC element. The PTC element generates heat by receiving power from the terminal. The housing covers one and the other sides of the heat sink.

CONSTITUTION: A pre-heater for a car rear seat comprises a heating unit(110), a housing(120), and a socket unit(130). The heating unit comprises a terminal(111), a PTC(Positive Temperature Coefficient) element(112), and a heat fin(113) The PTC element receives the power source from the terminal and generates heat. The heat fin improves the heat emission efficiency of the PTC element. The housing is box shape and has open one side. An elastic member(121), for pressurizing the heating unit, is at least one side of the housing which contacts with the heating unit.

The driver's gear shaft and the passenger's gear shat are axis-coupled to be able to freely rotate.

    • PURPOSE: A suction duct of a vehicle is provided to reduce cost by common use of components and to improve cooling and heating performance by thoroughly preventing air leakage when an air filter is not adopted and reducing a loss of blast volume of air. CONSTITUTION: A suction duct(1) of a vehicle has a discharge port of a square sectional shape. A pre-incision groove(13) is arranged to an outer wall surface of the suction duct to easily chip the outer wall surface to make an air filter inserted in a side where the discharge port is formed. The pre-incision groove is formed in a face opposed to an insertion direction of the air filter in a square closed curve shape. The pre-incision groove is formed with depth corresponding to 3/4 of the thickness of the wall surface of the suction duct. The discharge port of the suction port is connected to an inlet part of a blower housing(9).

CONSTITUTION: An evaporator core(40) is rotatably installed in a body(10) of an air conditioning system. The evaporator core is rotated by outside air flown in by a blower motor(20). Condensed water, generated by heat exchange between refrigerant supplied to the evaporator core and outside air, is collected to an outside of the evaporator core and discharged out of the body by rotation of the evaporator core. An axis of the evaporator core is formed to be a dual pipe for refrigerant to circulate through the axis.
