CONSTITUTION: In a bucket(20), the root portion is formed in the blade section and blade section one side. The root portion of bucket fits in to the rotor type phase in which the accommodating groove is formed in the accommodating groove and the testing jig(10) is combined. A detection sensor(30) detects the testing defective presence and absence about bucket and testing jig with the eddy current.

    • PURPOSE: A probe conveying apparatus is provided to improve quality of a non-destruction inspection and to stably maintain power plant equipment by automatically performing an automatic ultrasonic inspection with respect to a horizontal tube. CONSTITUTION: A stepping motor(100) is installed on a supporting frame(300). A driving wheel(200) is mounted on a supporting shaft connected to the supporting frame(300). A power transmission shaft of the driving wheel(200) is coupled to a power transmission shaft of the stepping motor(100) through a power transmitting member. A probe holder is connected to ends of supporters attached to both lower ends of the supporting frame(300). First ends of the supporters are connected to an extension part, which is formed at a lower portion of the supporting frame(300), by means of an elastic member. A rotary frame(430) is attached to both ends of the supporting frame(300). A supporting roller(400) is installed on a supporting shaft connected to the rotary frame(430).

CONSTITUTION: A variable conduction ultrasonic probe apparatus(100) comprises an ultrasonic probe(110), a controller(130), and a connecting cable(120). The ultrasonic probe comprises a traverse piezoelectric element(112) and a longitudinal piezoelectric element(113). The traverse piezoelectric element is formed on the body surface of the ultrasonic probe. The traverse piezoelectric element inspects the traverse direction defects inside the small-diameter tube. The longitudinal piezoelectric element inspects longitudinal defects inside the small-diameter tube. The ultrasonic probe selectively uses the traverse piezoelectric element and the longitudinal piezoelectric element. The controller controls the ultrasonic probe.
