    • PURPOSE: A probing device and a proving system for inspecting a tube are provided to inspect tubes of a small diameter, to remarkably reduce time and costs required for an inspection, and to improve the reliability of the inspection. CONSTITUTION: A probing device(300) for inspecting a tube comprises a probe unit(310), an air injection connecting line(320), and a joining unit(330). The probe unit, which is joined to the tube of a small diameter, collects inspection data. The air injection connecting line presses the probe unit by using air so that the probe unit is closely adhered to the tube. The joining unit fixes the probe unit and the tube at an inspection position.

    • PURPOSE: A welding process quality management method is provided to guarantee the welding process quality, thereby guaranteeing the quality of the power plant. CONSTITUTION: When the task for welding basic material alignment is good, a welding process quality management system(100) delivers a task order to preheat and weld to a welding terminal(400). When the task for preheating and the welding is good, the system determines whether or not the heat processing is necessary after the welding. When the task for the heat processing is good, the system delivers a task order for a non-destructive test to a non-destructive task terminal. When a defect for the non-destructive test is nonexistent, the system determines whether or not the residual stress measurement is necessary. When a residual stress measurement result is good, the system completes a welding task.     • PURPOSE: A device for measuring a strain of a rotor bolt is provided to compare and measure a result value by attaching a strain gauge capable of measuring minute strain on an identical testing object, thereby enhancing the reliability of a test result. CONSTITUTION: A device for measuring a strain of a rotor bolt comprises an upper fixing plate(140), a lower fixing plate(170), a hydraulic linkage(160), a load cell(150), a strain gauge(200), and a data analyzing system(300). The upper and lower fixing plates fix both end portions of each of first and second rotor bolts. The hydraulic linkage applies hydraulic pressure to the upper and lower fixing plates, thereby applying the hydraulic pressure to the first and second rotor bolts. The load cell is arranged in the upper part of the hydraulic linkage, thereby regulating stress applied through the hydraulic linkage. The strain gauge measures contracting forces and expanding forces of each of the first and second rotor bolts. The data analyzing system is connected to the strain gauge, thereby collecting and analyzing first and second measurement data measured by relatively corresponding to the first and second rotor bolts.

    • PURPOSE: An eddy current probe for surface inspection and an eddy current inspection device therewith are provided to prevent harmful materials and contaminants and to simplify an inspection procedure. CONSTITUTION: An eddy current probe(10) for surface inspection comprises a main body(12), a contact part(14), an eddy current sensor(16), a pressing part(24), a first elastic member, a rod(34), and a second elastic member. The contact part is coupled to the main body and has convex parts(14a) and concave parts(14b). The eddy current sensor is coupled to the ends of the convex parts of the contact part. The pressing part presses the top of a dovetail joint. The first elastic member is inserted between the pressing part and the main body and supplies elastic force to the pressing part. One end of the rod is hinged on the contact part, and the other end has a saw-toothed part corresponding to the hook of the dovetail joint. The second elastic member is inserted between the other end of the rod and the contact part.
