That is, a correlation reducing device(20) controls variably a connection state of an input subscriber memory buffer(11) and a time exchange module(12).

CONSTITUTION: When the transmitter inputs a digit(S1), an origination switching center analyzes the digit in order to check whether a display prevention identification code exists(S2). If the code exists, the origination switching center is connected to a relay switching center having the function for adding the display prevention information(S3), and yields a call processing control to the relay switching center(S4). In case of general relay call, the relay switching center selects a normal call route to process the call normally(S5), but requests an origination number to the origination switching center in case of a display prevention call(S6). The origination switching center sets the route of the No.7 signaling as an incoming end(S7), and adds the display prevention information to an address message(S8), and then sends the message via the set signaling route(S9). The transmitters information does not displayed in response to the message(S10).
