    • PURPOSE: A sprinkler is provided to prevent the environmental pollution and the defect of an equipment by suppressing the generation of dust when a loaded material is discharged. CONSTITUTION: A moving bar(30) is installed in an equipment frame to be movable upward and downward through a cylinder(20). A rotating shaft(40) is inserted in the moving bar to be rotated axially, equipped with a screw type vane and formed with a sprinkling groove. A driving motor(70) rotates the rotating shaft. A water supply pipe(90) is connected with the rotating shaft to supply water of high pressure. A conical core(60) is integrally fixed under the rotating shaft and the lower part of the conical cone is a sharp cone shape. Water is injected to the inside of a loaded material. Thereby, the generation of dust is suppressed maximally.

    • A wire inspection device according to the present invention comprises: a movable body moving along a wire; and an abrasion detecting unit which is arranged on the movable body, and which detects damage to the wire while moving along the wire in the movement of the movable body. The present invention has the abrasion detecting unit for detecting the damage to the wire while moving along the wire to prevent the malfunctions of facilities or safety accidents caused due to the fact that checking the abrasion state of the wire is difficult since the wire is installed in high places or is concealed by other facilities, or a worker does not check the wire meticulously. Also, the present invention has a foreign material removing unit for removing foreign materials attached to the wire while moving along the wire to clearly maintain outer surface of the wire, thereby preventing the damage to the wire and the malfunction of the facilities caused as time passes and accurately inspecting the state of the wire like the abrasion.

    • A subsidiary braking device of a crane is provided to make connection with a hydraulic cylinder of a rail clamp, responding to vertical movement of the hydraulic cylinder so as to be compressed to or separated from the rail, thereby providing additional braking or releasing for the crane as well as that by the rail clamp. A subsidiary braking device of a crane moves along a rail to load and unload products on a ship at a pier, and prevents rolling back of the crane caused by storm or strong gust of wind using a rail clamp activated by a hydraulic cylinder. The subsidiary braking device comprises a transfer member(10), a driving member(20), and a braking member(30). The transfer member delivers a vertical power due to the movement of the hydraulic cylinder of the rail clamp to the driving member. The driving member is connected to the transfer member and converts the vertical power into a horizontal power to activate the braking member. The braking member is connected to the driving member, compressed to or separated from the rail by the horizontal power delivered by the driving member. The subsidiary braking device is connected to the hydraulic cylinder of the rail clamp to be compressed to or separated from the rail in response to the vertical movement of the hydraulic cylinder, so as to execute extra braking or releasing for operation caused by rolling back of the crane as well as that by the rail clamp.
