    • PURPOSE: Provided is emulsifying liquid and powder of mastic gum manufactured by stirring and mixing a mixture in a water phase with a mixture in an oil phase to use for foods, beverages, toothpaste and cosmetics. CONSTITUTION: Mastic gum is produced from a Pistacia lentiscus tree. Refined oil, medium chain triglyceride(MCT) and one or more kinds of vegetable oil are mixed. The mastic gum 2-80wt.% and the mixed oil 20-95wt.% are blended and heated at 100-150deg.C to manufacture mastic oil. High-quality fatty acid ester or lecithin 0.1-10wt.% is dissolved in mastic gum to get an oil phase mixture. Water, glycerin or/and D-sorbitol 40-95wt.% is mixed with an emulsifying agent 0.1-10wt.% to get a water phase mixture. The mixture in the oil phase and the mixture in the water phase are stirred and homogenized to get mastic gum powder by a spray-drying method. The emulsifying agent is selected from one or more kinds of sucrose fatty acid(C12-20) ester, polyglycerin fatty acid(C12-20) ester, polysorbate80 and polysorbate20.

    • Provided is a fish oil-derived glyceride oil composition, which contains a large amount of DHA and DPA in a glyceride form and is superior in digestive absorption of multivalent unsaturated fatty acids and processing characteristics including oxidative stability and water dispersibility. The fish oil-derived glyceride oil composition is prepared by the steps of: (a) subjecting refined fish oil to 1,3-position specific hydrolysis using 1,3-position specific immobilized enzymes; (b) fractionating the hydrolysates of the step (a) into a fatty acid fraction and a glyceride fraction, and then subjecting the fatty acid fraction to molecular distillation to isolate multivalent unsaturated fatty acids; (c) cooling-crystallizing the glyceride fraction of the step (b) to obtain liquid fats; (d) mixing the multivalent unsaturated fatty acid of the step (b) with the liquid fat of the step (c) in a weight ratio of 5.0-80.0: 20.0-95.0, and then subjecting the mixture to transesterification at 25-80‹C and at a stirring speed of 10-400rpm under reduced pressure of 0.001-10Torr for 1-48hours using the 1,3-position specific immobilized enzymes; and (e) removing residual unreacted materials through distillation and general purification.

    • An oil composition is provided to prevent fat accumulation in the body, improve body compositions, contain a large amount of highly unsaturated fatty acids, and has structural stability of fat and sitology and physiological merits. The oil composition comprises (a) 70-99wt% of diglyceride, as fatty acids, consisting of 2-90wt% of eicosapentaenoic acid, 2-90wt% of docosahexaenoic acid, and 0.1-80wt% of conjugated linoleic acid, and (b) the balance of triglyceride, monoglyceride, free fatty acid, or a mixture thereof. The composition further contains 0.001-5wt% of an antioxidant.
