    • A preparation method of fatty acid alkyl ester is provided to enable biodiesel to be prepared economically by uniformly maintaining a supercritical alcohol and a raw material in the entire reactor while substantially reducing the consumption of a lower alcohol. A method for preparing fatty acid alkyl ester comprises the steps of: (a) mixing a vegetable oil with a predetermined amount of water, preheating the mixed solution of vegetable oil and water, and dividingly injecting the preheated mixed solution into at least two locations of an esterification reactor; (b) respectively injecting a lower alcohol into at least two locations of the esterification reactor at the same time when performing the step(a) to form fatty acid alkyl ester at a condition that the lower alcohol is in the supercritical state; and (c) recovering fatty acid alkyl ester from a reaction solution. The lower alcohol is methanol. The esterification reactor is a reactor with an agitation means. The reactor with an agitation means is a static mixer mounted tubular reactor or an agitator mounted reactor. The esterification reactor is a fluidized bed reactor. The esterification reactor is two or more reactors disposed in series.

CONSTITUTION: An automatic control system comprises a blower(12) for permitting a vapor extraction mode for extracting vapor from a soil through an extraction well(10) and an oxygen implantation mode for implanting oxygen into the soil; a mode converting valve for conversion between the vapor extraction mode and the oxygen implantation mode; a stabilization chamber(16) arranged in the rear end of the blower, and which adsorbs a sample gas and maintains the temperature of the sample gas at the level of the temperature of the gas flowing through the front end of the blower during the vapor extraction mode; a sensor unit(18) mounted in the stabilization chamber, and which measures the density of VOC, CO2 and O2 from the sample gas and generates a signal from the result of measurement; a signal processing unit for receiving the signal from the sensor unit and converting the received signal into a data signal; a comparison and operation unit for receiving data from the signal processing unit and comparing and operating the data with the reference value; and a mode control unit for driving the mode converting valve to convert the mode into the oxygen implantation mode if the density of the VOC is lower than the reference value.
