    • PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of an artificial soil is provided to reduce the water content of sludge by using the porosity and absorption of a sawtooth wave form particle and to improve solidifying strength of an artificial soil by using a gypsum-based stimulator. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of an artificial soil comprises: a step of manufacturing a sludge solidifying agent containing a sewage sludge incineration ash of which the total content of SiO2, Al2O3, and Fe2O3 is 30-80% and the pH is 5-10; a step of mixing 5-80 parts by weight of the sludge solidifying agent into 100.0 parts by weight of the sewage sludge; and a step of curing the mixture of the sewage sludge and the sludge solidifying agent. The sludge solidifying agent additionally comprises 1-30 parts by weight of a blast furnace slag micropowder and 1-30 parts by weight of petroleum cokes calcium sulfate based on 100.0 parts by weight of the sewage sludge incineration ash.

CONSTITUTION: A filling material composition for asphalt pavement comprises 40-200 parts by weight of a blast furnace slag micropowder based on 100.0 parts by weight of a TDF cinder. The TDF cinder is discharged from the infurnace desulfurization furnace of a cogeneration plant. The filing material composition for asphalt pavement comprises 20-100.0 parts by weight of a composite activator based on the 100.0 parts by weight of a TDF cinder. The alkali and the sulphate composite is one or a mixture of two or more by-products generated in desulfurization and dephosphorization process. The by-products contains 50 weight% or more calcium hydroxide(CaOH2).

The upper layer is molded into the same shape with the lower layer, and contains the non-sintered cement, the strength improving agent, sand, a pigment, yellow soil, and a PET furnace foam extract. 0.5-10 parts of strength improving agent by weight is mixed with 100 parts of non-sintered cement by weight.

    • 본발명은백색결합재조성물에관한것으로, 보다상세하게는시멘트나콘크리트 2차제품제조시백색이나유색등의색상을부여하기위해사용되는고가의백색포틀랜드시멘트의사용량을최소화하기위하여고로수재슬래그미분말을다량이용하고, 조강제를이용하여초기강도확보가가능한백색결합재조성물에관한것이다. 본발명에의한백색결합재조성물은비표면적이 3,000~10,000cm/g이며 FeO함량이 2중량% 미만인고로수재슬래그미분말 100중량부에대하여, 비표면적이 3,000~7,000cm/g인백색포틀랜드시멘트 5~150중량부, 초기강도확보를위한조강제 1~10중량부를포함하며, 상기조강제는 CSA(Calcium Sulfur Aluminate), 알루미나시멘트, 초속경시멘트, 초조강시멘트중에서선택된어느하나이거나둘 이상의혼합물인것을특징으로한다.
