A manufacturing method of the positive electrode comprises a step of preparing the metal net and the tab, a step of welding the tab to the metal net to expose a terminal of the tab from the metal net, and a step of forming the carbon layer on the outside of the metal net and on the tab except the terminal of the tab.

The battery casing further includes monitoring terminals(3,4) connected to a contact where the cathode terminal of each battery groups is connected with one end of the countercurrent-preventing unit to monitor whether each battery group is in a normal state or not.
