    • PURPOSE: A dye-sensitized solar cell having a lead member is provided to prevent the loss of function of a unit cell due to heat by electrically interlinking a module and a lead line. CONSTITUTION: An outermost unit cell comprises a front side transparent substrate(110), a back side transparent substrate(210), a front side conductive layer, a back side conductive layer, a TiO2 porous layer, catalyst electrodes(231, 232, 233), an encapsulating material, and connecting electrodes(161, 162). The connecting electrodes electrically interlink the front side conductive layer and the back side conductive layer. The encapsulating material insulates the front side conductive layer, the back side conductive layer, the TiO2 porous layer, and the catalyst electrodes with outside. A depressed combining unit is formed on the surface of the front side conductive layer and the back side conductive layer. A lead member(320) has a projected combining unit inserted into the depressed combining unit.

    • PURPOSE: A dye-sensitive solar cell or sub module is provided to increase the adhesion force of sealant by increasing the contact area of the sealant through a concave/convex portion. CONSTITUTION: A dye-sensitive solar cell or sub module comprises conductive transparent electrodes, a transition metal oxide porous layer, and a catalyst thin film electrode. The conductive transparent electrodes are formed on the inner surfaces of upper and lower transparent substrates facing each other. The transition metal oxide porous layer adsorbs the dye formed on one side of the conductive transparent electrode. The catalyst thin film electrode is formed on the other side of the conductive transparent electrode. The edge of the upper and lower transparent substrates have a concave or convex portion(60) on the facing surfaces.
