The case moves along a communications cable and is combined with an inlet unit(20) of the communications cable. A rubber tube(60) is inserted between the leading end of the inlet unit and the inner one side of the case along the inner circumference of the case. The rubber tube completely protects the connecting unit. A first receiving groove is formed on the outer circumference of a body of the inlet unit. A seal ring having elasticity is accepted between the first receiving groove and the inner circumference of the case.
