    • PURPOSE: A fibrous scaffold for gene delivery using wet spraying and emulsion coating method is provided to gradually release coated gene and to effectively introduce transplanted cells and body cells. CONSTITUTION: A fibrous scaffold for gene delivery contains a conjugate of a gene and gene delivery system on a scaffold which is formed of by wet spraying of biodegradable polymers in a three-dimensional structure. The biodegradable polymers are poly lactic acid(PLA), polyglycolic acid(PGA), poly(D,L-lactic acid-co glycolide)(PLGA), poly(carprolactone), polyester-amide/polyester-urethane, poly(hydroxybutyrate), poly(hydroxyvalerate), or mixture thereof. A method for preparing the fibrous scaffold comprises: a step of performing wet spraying of spinning solution to prepare a porous support of three dimensional structure fiber; and a step of coating emulsion on the scaffold.

    • A biodegradable polymer composite material and a method for preparing the same are provided to obtain the composite material for cell therapy which is able to independently fast-release or sustained-release a drug according to cell cycle by maintaining the releasing time of at least two growth factors or the drug, thereby significantly increasing the biocompatibility and tissue regeneration capacity of the drug. The biodegradable polymer composite material is characterized in that a nano-particle consisting of a biodegradable polymer such as polylactic acid, polyglycolic acid, polycaprolactone and a copolymer of polylactic acid-glycolic acid and a first growth factor is coated on a fibrous support consisting of a water-soluble polymer and a second growth factor. The method comprises the steps of: (a) mixing a water-soluble polymer dissolved in an aqueous solvent with an aqueous solution of a second growth factor so as to prepare a spray solution; (b) preparing a mixture solution of a biodegradable polymer; (c) mixing a biodegradable polymer dissolved in an aqueous solvent with an aqueous solution of a first growth factor to prepare a composition for coating; (d) spraying the spray solution into the mixture solution of the biodegradable polymer to form fiber having a micro-size; and (e) spraying the composition for coating onto the fiber to coat it with nano-particles.

    • A fibrous 3-Dimensional scaffold via electrospinning for tissue regeneration and a method for preparing the same are provided to have sizes between those of nano-fiber and micro-fiber, and to improve porosity thereof to increase surface area to let cells attached thereto, live and revive. Fibrous 3-Dimensional scaffold for tissue regeneration includes high molecule and/or small molecule fiber formed in the shape of a network having a three dimensional structure via electrospinning. The high molecule is one or more kinds of synthetic high molecules selected from a group consisting of poly lactic acid (PLA), poly glycolic acid (PGA), poly(D.L-lactic acid-co-glycolic acid)(poly(D,L-lactideco-glycolide); PLGA), poly(caprolactone), diol/diacid aliphatic polyester and poly(valerolactone), poly(hydroxy butyrate) and poly(hydroxy valerate) or one or more kinds of natural high molecules selected from a group consisting of chitosan, chitin, alginic acid, collagen, gelatine and hyaluronic acid.
