The anemometer further includes: a measurement unit which is combined to the body and measures the number of rotations. An odd number, equal to or greater than four, of rotor blades are installed at regular intervals around the shaft and are installed for every concave direction to be in the same rotation direction around the shaft. Among the rotor blades, rotor blades installed higher than the average height and rotor blades installed lower than the average height are placed alternately.
