An adjustment plate is installed between the guard rail and the upper guard plate by bolts and nuts. The upper guard plate is in an L shape. The upper guard rail has a base support part(12), and has the support part vertically projecting upward on one end of the base support part. The base support part has a smooth bottom surface(14). The support part has the vertical surface on one side, and an arc shaped surface(20) on the other side. The guard rail support is extended from the middle portion of the vertical surface. A separation preventing groove(24) is disposed between the vertical surface and the guard rail support. An extension part(26) is disposed on one side of the base support part, and screw spike holes(28) are perforated on the extension part.

The second hole is formed in any one of a circle, an ellipse, an open shape according to a rail fastening device. The rail gradient of the point, lead, and guard units of the turnout is 1 to 40. The curvature radius for the turnout are #8 170 to 175m, #10 265 to 270m, #12 385 to 390m, and #15 595 to 600m. On the point unit, a point upper plate(100) is installed. Base and turn rails are installed on the point upper plate. A rail brace is installed on a lower part of the base rail. A penetrating rail brace clip is pressed on the rail brace. A horseshoe shoulder is integrally molded with the point upper plate on the rail brace clip.
