摘要： PURPOSE: A vortex blocking device and a wind power generator with the same are provided to improve the efficiency of power generation by increasing the aerodynamic performance of a blade as an actual speed section is not expanded in a longitudinal direction of the blade. CONSTITUTION: A vortex blocking device(260) comprises a vortex blocking plate(261) and a support ring(264). A plurality of blades(240) penetrates through the vortex blocking plate, and the vortex blocking plate is connected to a blade. The vortex blocking plate is vertically formed to the longitudinal axis of the blade. The vortex blocking plate is formed into a circular plate. The support ring supports the vortex blocking plate so that the vortex blocking plate rotates around the longitudinal axis.
