    • PURPOSE: A force measuring device is provided to measure suction force and shear force generated in between a rotating brush and a surface adjacent to the rotating brush when the rotating brush rotates. CONSTITUTION: A force measuring device comprises a first frame(20), a driving motor, a rotating member(70), a height regulating unit(40), and a tensile force measurement sensor(80). The first frame comprises a base plate. The driving motor is positioned in the upper part of the base plate so that a driving shaft is toward a direction of the base plate. The rotating member is joined to the driving shaft of the driving motor to be detachable. The height regulating unit moves the driving motor in a vertical direction with respect to the base while in the state hanging the driving motor in a side. The other side of the height regulating unit is installed in the first frame. The tensile force measurement sensor is positioned in between one side of the height regulating unit and driving motor.

CONSTITUTION: In step (S1), a structural data is generated by analyzing 3D data, searching information related to elements in the database, classifying the elements by factors, and connecting each factor of the classified data. In step (S2), work lines are extracted from outlines after the outlines are produced by connecting vertexs of sides of each element. In step (S3), in case work lines already exist, the work lines are extracted without the other process. In step (S4), the attendant can modify the work lines through the graphical user interface after the work lines are displayed on the monitor. In step (S5), the modified work lines are formed into several work units for the automatic equipment and produced as the output.
