    • PURPOSE: Provided are multi-functional grout materials, micro-sized composite silica cement(3-5micrometer), comprising cement and pozzolan-based silica as main materials. The resultant grout materials have high permeability, strength and durability. CONSTITUTION: The suspension type grout materials, micro-sized composite silica cement, contain micro-sized cement and pozzolan-based silica selected from slag, fly ash, diatomite, volcanic ash, and rice hull, as main materials, and dispersant, admixture, cement coagulant(activated silicic acid) for strength and durability, and catalysts(Al2O3, MgO). for solidification as additives. The amount of catalyst according to the solidification rate of the composite silica cement is as follows: 1-5% catalyst per 0-30% silica content for rapid solidification; 1-5% catalyst per 30-70% silica content for rapid solidification for standard solidification; 1-5% catalyst per 70-100% silica content for delay solidification. Also, the solution type grout materials are obtained by mixing grout powder with sodium silicate, silica sol and admixture. The grouting construction is performed by pouring composite silica cement suspension adding activated silicic acid into the ground under the pressure of 3-20kg/cm¬2.
