The two cables(80) are engaged with both sides(34) of the stabilizer box(20). A balancing plate(30) hinge-coupled to the stabilizer box(20) is provided at a central part thereof. And, the parallelism of the light(90) is maintained by the balancing plate(30).

The left and right rotary drums have widths larger than the widths of flat cables(50) by approximately 1mm, in such a manner that the flat cables are loaded on winding cores(31,31') of the left and right rotary drums and wound in a vertical direction within the widths of the left and right rotary drums, thereby preventing the flat cables from being twisted.
