A refractive index of a cube corner(10) is n, and a cube corner is made of three reflecting surfaces contacting to a facial angle of the right angle.     • A portable type hot blast apparatus is provided to prevent damage to parts by transferring heat through a discharge hole, and improve heat transfer efficiency. A portable type hot blast apparatus(100) comprise a casing(110) constituting the appearance; a motor installed within the casing; and a heating element located against air flow direction generated by a fan. A battery is placed in the casing. The battery supplies the power to the motor and the heating element. The discharge hole is formed in the upside of the casing. A fan is combined to a rotating shaft of the motor. The motor is driven by the power source supplied from the battery. The heating element is activated by the power fed from the battery.

    • A spacer is provided to bind up reinforcing bars and to keep the distance between a reinforcing bar and a form, or, a reinforcing bars regularly by inserting and fixing a reinforcing bar into a housing space, to couple with a reinforcing bar simple without a separate fastener by tightening a reinforcing bar inserted to a housing space by using an elastic member, to secure durability and strength by making with materials having the same quality as concrete and to cut off the transfer of heat in a fire by having high fire resistance. The spacer(100) is formed by bending spirally to have a housing space(110) in the center to insert a reinforcing bar, and provided with a primary part and a secondary part. The distance(d) between the primary inner side, that is, the base of the primary part and the secondary inner side, that is, the top of the secondary part is the same as or larger than the diameter of a reinforcing bar, and the distance on a passage of a reinforcing bar connected to the housing space is the same as the above distance. In addition, an elastic member which is made of urethane resin having elasticity is coupled along the inside of the spacer to be able to insert a reinforcing bar having the larger diameter than the housing space and to keep the reinforcing bar tightly.
