    • A process for manufacturing a hydrogenated conjugated diene-based polymer is provided to prevent the decomposition and color change of a copolymer by effectively removing the residue through the delamination using an organic acid, alcohol and water. A process for manufacturing a hydrogenated conjugated diene-based polymer comprises the steps of preparing the hydrogenated conjugated diene-based polymer solution by hydrogenating the conjugated diene-polymer in the presence of a titanium-based catalyst; and mixing an acid compound selected from an oxalic acid and an alpha-hydroxy carboxylic acid compound represented by the formula 1, alcohol and water, and separating and collecting the hydrogenated conjugated diene-based polymer of an organic layer through the delamination. In the chemical formula 1, R1 and R2 show hydrogen or C1-5 alkyl group.

    • PURPOSE: A hydrocracking process of a polymer is provided, to improve the stability of hydrocracking reaction velocity, the reproducibility and the activity by using the lithium hydride prepared from a high speed spray nozzle-mounted reactor. CONSTITUTION: The hydrocracking process comprises the steps of polymerizing or copolymerizing at least one conjugated diene with an organic alkali metal polymerization initiator in a hydrocarbon solvent to prepare a living polymer; deactivating the active end of the living polymer with an end group modifier; selectively hydrogenating the conjugated diene polymer by using an organic titanium compound represented by the formula 1 and lithium hydride, wherein the lithium hydride is a highly active lithium hydride obtained by controlling precisely the particle diameter from a high speed spray nozzle-mounted reactor. In the formula 1, R1 is a cyclopentadienyl group, an alkoxy group of C1-c8, an aryloxy group of C6-C20 or a halogen atom; and R2 and R3 are identical or different each other and are a halogen atom, an alkyl or alkoxy group of C1-C8, an arylalkyl or aryloxy group of C6-C20, an alkoxyaryl group of C7-C20 or a carbonyl group.

    • PURPOSE: Provided is a process for eliminating residual metal catalysts from conjugated diene polymers hydrogenated selectively by an organic titanium compound as a catalyst, which can eliminate titanium compounds and lithium salts effectively. CONSTITUTION: The process comprises the steps of: bringing a solution of an inorganic acid and an alcohol into contact with a hydrogenated polymer solution and mixing but not separating and not removing the alcohol layer, wherein the inorganic acid is at least one selected from the group consisting of hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, sulfuric acid, and phosphoric acid and the alcohol is at least one selected from the group consisting of methanol, ethanol, propanol, butanol, and 2-ethyl-1-hexanol; adding water to the mixed polymer solution and separating and removing the water layer.

    • PURPOSE: Unsaturated double bond of conjugated diene polymer is hydrogenated to high yield by a new catalyst. CONSTITUTION: The unsaturated double bond of conjugated diene polymer and copolymer of the conjugated diene monomer and aromatic vinyl monomer are selectively hydrogenated. The diene polymer and copolymer are prepared by living polymerization using organic alkali metal initiator, and a terminal of the living polymer is inactivated by hydrogenation. Double bond of the obtained polymer is hydrogenated at 0- 150°C, 1-100kg-f/cm¬2 for 15-1440 minutes by monocyclopentadienyl titanium compound(formula 1; R1 and R2 are same or not, F, Cl, Br and I; n= 25- 125) and hydrogen.
