摘要： The present invention relates to a car toy with a sound device and, more specifically, to a car toy with a sound device causing interest of children or baby by sounding while maintaining that the appearance of the car toy figuring a character is not changed. The conventional car toy operated by children makes the children to have interest by sounding when the car toy is operated or by generating various sounds using a sound generating device stored therein by the operation of a button formed outside. But the car toy is changed by having the button on the outer surface of a case. Particularly, if the case figuring of a character that children like has a button, the children loses intimacy with the character and also easily lose interest in the car toy. Therefore, the present invention has an operating box for generating sound in the car toy in which the upper case and the lower case figuring a character are coupled, wherein the operating box is unlocked by pressing a button and is ejected from the inside to the outside of the case by being elastically rotated.
