      컷팅 작업은 건식 컷팅과 습식 컷팅이 있는데 건식 컷팅은 많은 콘크리트 먼지를 비산하며 습식 컷팅은 물을 사용하므로 지저분할 뿐 아니라 깨끗하게 하기 위하여 고압분무기로 물청소를 하기 때문에 많은 물과 인력이 소모된다.
      콘크리트 먼지를 다음 설명부터 먼지라 한다.
      이에 본 발명은 컷팅 칼날(1)을 반시계방향으로 회전시켜 고정커버(11)의 앞쪽 상단에 비산하는 먼지를 모아서 흡입할 수 있는 흡입구(12)를 만들어 이곳에 집진기의 호스(13)를 연결하여 먼지를 진공으로 흡입하여 집진기(14) 속에 장착된 원통형 다중필터(15)에서 먼지와 공기를 분리한 다음 맑은 공기는 외부로 방출하고 먼지는 집진기(14)의 하단에 장착된 먼지 통(16)에 모아 포대에 담아 방출하는 장치.

    • PURPOSE: A circulating type chiller having dehumidification is provided to solve all of the problems in the on/off type and the discharge bypass type as well as to perform both cooling and dehumidification with a single chiller by combining the chiller with the structure of a dehumidifier having common points in action. CONSTITUTION: A solenoid valve(6) is closed if the temperature of refrigerant is lower than set temperature. The refrigerant is flowed out of a discharge port(5b) of a drier(5) and flowed to a DBV(Discharge Bypass Valve,10) through an inlet port(10a) via a transfer pipe(40). The refrigerant is not supplied to a line behind the solenoid valve, including an expansion valve(7), a transfer pipe(36), an evaporator(8) for heat exchange, a transfer pipe(37), a transfer pipe(34), an evaporator(12) for dehumidification, a transfer pipe(42), an expansion valve(11) and a transfer pipe(41). Thereby, pressure difference between the DBV and a discharge port(10b) is generated. The DBV flows the liquid refrigerant to the transfer pipe(41) through the discharge port as much as the set pressure. The low-pressure low-temperature liquid refrigerant is evaporated through the expansion valve(11) and then evaporated completely through the other expansion valve(12) with absorbing the ambient thermal energy. The refrigerant drops the ambient temperature lower than the dew point to change moisture in the air into water. The liquid refrigerant is changed into gas. The gas refrigerant flows to a compressor(1) via the transfer pipe(37). The cycle removes the indoor humidity by repeating the entire process until the refrigerant temperature becomes the same as the set temperature.

Air cleaning liquid is injected into each opposite nozzle from black spraying nozzles(14,22) so that the liquid is sprayed into a primary air cleaner like a shower. Another air cleaning liquid is sprayed by the same method as the former one to be sprayed into a secondary air cleaner. Dust and pollutants of each air cleaner are joined with the air cleaning liquid by an eddy of air. The dust and pollutants flow into the liquid tank(3) and then settle down in a deposit container(4). The air cleaner is used again by washing the deposit container(4).
