摘要： PURPOSE: An expanded foam with a composite lamination structure for chill/thermal insulation and a structure of a mold therefor are provided to prevent an exterior panel from being deformed by inserting an insert material into the movable side or fixed side of a mold. CONSTITUTION: An expanded foam(600) with a composite lamination structure for chill/thermal insulation is composed of an exterior panel(300) and a foaming interior member. A method for manufacturing the expanded foam is as follows. A plastic insert exterior panel, welded with expanded polystyrene resin, is installed in the movable side or the fixed side of a mold. Expanded polystyrene resin is supplied to the plastic insert exterior panel. Resin is foamed. The expanded polystyrene resin is molded through pressing. The expanded foam is discharged from the mold.
