摘要： A steam-adjustable cookware is provided to discharge steam through a recession formed at a part of a receiving space by exposing a steam discharge unit having steam holes to the recession. A steam-adjustable cookware comprises a container main body(10) and a lid(30). The lid is located at the top of a receiving space(11) of the main body and is configured with a concave part(31), a flange(33), a vertical edge(35), and a steam discharge unit(37). The flange is formed at the edge of the concave part. The vertical edge is protruded downwardly at the boundary between the concave part and the flange. The steam discharge unit is formed at a part of the vertical edge, with having a plurality of steam holes(37a). The main body has the receiving space in which the vertical edge is inserted inwardly and a recession(12) formed at one part of the receiving space. When the steam discharge unit is located at the recession, the steam in the main body is discharged. The main body includes a lid placing part(15), an overflow prevention protrusion(16), and an outer flange(17). The flange of the lid is placed on the lid placing part formed at the top of the receiving space. The overflow prevention protrusion is formed at trim of the lid placing part. The outer flange is formed around the overflow prevention protrusion.
