摘要： The present invention relates to an apparatus for molding a vehicle wheel guard. The apparatus for molding a vehicle wheel guard comprises a lower mold which has a lower cooling water storing unit storing cooling water therein and is formed by stacking and coupling a plurality of lower separating blocks each other so that an outer circumferential surface corresponds to a center part and a surrounding part; an upper mold which is coupled to the lower mold when moving downward toward the lower mold, has an upper cooling water storing unit storing cooling water therein, and is formed by stacking and coupling a plurality of upper separating blocks each other so that an inner circumferential surface corresponds to the center part and the surrounding part; and a pair of mold material supplying units which supplies a mold material between the upper mold and the lower mold from an oven when the upper mold and the lower mold are separated by coupling the mold material supplying units on the outside of the upper mold. When the mold material is supplied between the upper mold and the lower mold, the upper mold moves toward the lower mold and is coupled with the lower mold, thereby compressing and molding the mold material and inserting and cutting the mold material at the tip end of the surrounding part at the same time.

The elongation ratio of the molding cloth is increased in the pressing of the cloth. The elevating and boring unit cuts the inner part of the molding cloth before the pressing of the molding cloth.
