    • PURPOSE: A film having a micrometal pattern and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to offer a film manufacturing method having an accurate micro metal pattern and excellent repeatability without a remaining material. CONSTITUTION: A master for an electric pole plating is prepared in a master preparing process(s402). Mechanical grinding and chemical grinding is implemented to the prepared master in a master front side treatment process(s404). Electric pole plating is implemented to the master using metal electrolyte in an electrodeposited metal plating process(s408) after a cleaning process(s406). An adhesive, which is having an excellent adhesion with a base plating, is evenly applied to a polymer film in an adhesive applying process(s412), after a water washing and drying process(s410). A micrometal pattern formed at the master is transferred to a film layer composed of a polymer film in a film transferring process(s414). An electrodeless plating silver transparent/opaque coating is implemented to the micrometal pattern of the film in an after-treatment process(s416).     • PURPOSE: An electrode for electrical discharge machining and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to copy surface patterns of an object electroformed on a copper panel on a super hard material through electrical discharge machining. CONSTITUTION: An electrode(100) for electrical discharge machining comprises a copper body unit(110) and a copper panel(120). The copper body unit has a uniform thickness and a uniform area. The copper panel is attached on the top surface of the copper body unit. Surface patterns of an object are copied on the copper panel through sequential electroforming. The thickness of the copper panel is 100 micrometers or 1mm.

    • A manufacturing method of a mesh type cathode drum, which enables the metal sheet to be separated from the chromium layer by forming a metal sheet on an outer surface of a chromium layer, improves quality of the metal sheet by forming a metal sheet with an uniform thickness, and reduce manufacturing cost of the metal sheet by mass-producing the metal sheet continuously, is provided. A manufacturing method of a mesh type cathode drum comprises: a pre-treatment step(S10) of cleaning a surface of a hollow cylindrical member; a copper plating step(S20) of coating copper on the cleaned surface of the cylindrical member to form a copper layer on the cylindrical member; a photosensitive film applying step(S30) of applying a photosensitive film onto the copper plated surface of the cylindrical member; an exposing step(S40) of adhering a mask for photoetching onto the photosensitive film applied surface of the cylindrical member, and exposing the mask-adhered cylindrical member to ultraviolet rays; a developing step(S50) of removing the mask for photoetching and removing a photosensitive film on an exposed portion of the cylindrical member; a photosensitive film curing step(S60) of curing a photosensitive film remained on the surface of the cylindrical member; an etching step(S70) of forming engraved portions by etching an exposed area on an outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical member; a photosensitive film delaminating step(S80) of delaminating the photosensitive film from the cylindrical member; a chromium plating step(S90) of plating chromium on a surface of the copper layer to form a chromium layer on the copper layer; and an engraved portion-filling step(S100) of filling the engraved portions.
