    • 본 발명은 합성수지계 도막 방수재와 절연 필름을 이용한 방수층구조에 관한 것으로, 그 목적은 콘크리트 슬라브면에 도막 방수층을 형성하고, 그 상면에 폴리에틸렌 절연 필름층을 접착시킨 방수층구조를 도입하고 그 위에 단열층을 시공함으로써 불투수성, 내후성, 내수성이 강한 절연 필름을 도막 방수층에 피복하여 방수효과를 향상시키고 방수층의 피로성 및 파단을 경감시킬 수 있는 방수층구조를 제공하는데 있다.
      본 발명의 구성은 콘크리트 슬라브층, 폐놀수지계 프라이머, 1차 도막 방수층, 보강 심재층, 2차 도막 방수층 및 절연 필름층 및 단열층이 순차적으로 적층된 구조로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하며, 이에 따라 절연 필름층이 누름 콘크리트층의 건조, 수축에 의한균열 발생 및 집중 응력 전달시 응력을 분산시켜 방수층의 피로성 및 파단을 경감시키고, 단열층은 건물의 단열효과 및 나아가 방수층의 내구 수명을 연장시킬 수 있는 효과가 있다.

    • PURPOSE: A film waterproofing material and its preparation method are provided, to prepare a film waterproofing material which does not generate bubbles by employing a styrene-butadiene-styrene resin and rubber flour. CONSTITUTION: The film waterproofing material comprises 100 parts by weight of a styrene-butadiene-styrene resin; 40-70 parts by weight of rubber flour; 200-400 parts by weight of xylene; 3-6 parts by weight of a reinforcement filler; 4-7 parts by weight of a cross-linking agent; 2-5 parts by weight of an antiaging agent; and 2-5 parts by weight of an antioxidizing agent. Preferably the reinforcement filler is carbon black; and the cross-linking agent is zinc oxide. The rubber flour has a particle size of 100-160 mesh and a density of 0.56. The method comprises the steps of dissolving the styrene-butadiene-styrene resin into xylene, adding the rubber flour to the solution, and stirring the solution at 30-60 deg.C for 2-4 hours until the viscosity reaches to 1,500-3,000 cps, to prepare a styrene-butadiene-styrene resin solution; and mixing the solution with the reinforcement filler, the cross-linking agent, the antiaging agent and the antioxidizing agent, and stirring the solution at 30-60 deg.C for 3-4 hours.
