The wiper blade is supported by the support member between the pair of leaf springs. The spoilers are fixed by the support member.

摘要： PURPOSE: A jig for tempering a leaf spring of a wiper is provided to thermally treat a plurality of leaf springs at the same time through a batch process and secure uniform quality of leaf springs. CONSTITUTION: A jig for tempering a leaf spring of a wiper comprises a plate of steel material, a tuning groove of a jig plate, screw holes, a jig plate, a plurality of jig pins, and a slit. The plate can accept a leaf spring material(S) for a car wiper. The tuning groove of the jig plate is formed in the shape of parallel lines of regular intervals in the plate. The screw holes are formed on both ends of a tuning groove. The jig plate is installed to move in the tuning groove. The jig pins are projected at regular intervals in the jig plate. Fastening screws are coupled to both ends of the jig plate through the slit.
