A flow passage is formed inside the rod. A first passage connecting the flow passage and the first chamber is formed on the upper part of the rod, and a second passage connecting the flow passage and the second chamber is formed on the lower part of the rod. Cooling and lubricating fluids are charged inside the first and second chambers, and the first and second chambers are connected by the passage formed inside the rod. The first passage connecting the flow passage and the first chamber and the second passage connecting the flow passage and the second chamber are formed to penetrate through the lateral surface of the rod so that the second passage is not closed even though the rod moves and contacts a control screw.
