CONSTITUTION: A vertical combination type waste heat boiler system of an incinerator comprises a waste heat boiler(200). The waste heat boiler comprises upper and lower drums(211,212), a waste heat collecting unit(210), and a vertical barrier(220). Multiple water pipes(215) are connected between the upper and lower drums. The waste heat collecting unit collects waste heat from exhaust gas. The vertical barrier is vertically installed to be adjacent to an exhaust hole(121) connected to a secondary combustion chamber(120). The exhaust gas is guided through first, second, third, and fourth exhaust passages(221,222,223,224).

    • PURPOSE: A self-cleaning method of a cleaning type fluidized-bed multitubular heat exchanger having a solid particle storage tank and a cleaning type fluidized-bed multitubular heat exchanger are provided to increase the heat transfer coefficient of the exhaust gas due to a fluidization of the solid particle in a perpendicular the heat pipe and to reduce the degradation of a heat transfer performance due to a fouling by the cleaning effect of a heat transfer plane. CONSTITUTION: A fluidized-bed multitubular heat exchanger comprises a body(15), a perpendicular pipe for a heat transfer(4), a cooling unit(11), a porous plate(5), a solid particle separating device(6), a solid particle storage tank(2), and a storage tank screw feeder(3). The perpendicular pipe for the heat transfer comprises a plurality of ascending pipes transferring the exhaust gas to the upper direction and descending pipes transferring the solid particle to the lower direction. The porous plate offers the space for the fluidized-bed unit mixing the exhaust and supports the fluidized-bed. The solid particle storage tank is positioned in the lower body of the porous plate, thereby storing the solid particle. The storage tank screw feeder supplies the solid particles being stored in the solid particle storage tank to the inlet for the exhaust gas.

During the washing operation, the capacity of the compressor (21) is set so that the Froude number Fr is equal to or larger than 1, and the inertia force of the gas refrigerant flowing in the gas side communication tube (70) becomes larger than the gravity acting on the fluid containing mineral oils and foreign matters in the gas side communication tube (70). Accordingly, the fluid containing the mineral oils and foreign matters is pushed up by the gas refrigerant also at the vertical portion of the gas side communication tube (70). Thus, the mineral oils and foreign matters remaining in an existing fluid side communication tube (60) and the gas side communication tube (70) can be collected.

CONSTITUTION: A device includes a sand powder storage part; a sand powder delivery part; a sand powder intake part; an ejector part; an air inlet part; an air and sand powder supply part; and a sand powder collecting part. The sand powder storage part is where sand powder is put into and stored in a storage hopper(1). The sand powder delivery part is where a screw(6) is driven by a motor(5) to deliver sand in the sand powder storage part. The sand powder intake part takes in sand delivered by the sand powder delivery part. The ejector part is connected with the sand powder intake part. The air inlet part is connected with one end of the ejector part and supplies air through a flexible hose(9) and a pipe(19). The air and sand powder supply part is connected with the other end of the ejector part and supplies air and sand to one end of a tube of a cooling device through a spray housing(21). The sand powder collecting part is connected with the other end of the tube of the cooling device to store and discharge sand, having completed cleaning of the tube of the cooling device, through a collecting housing(23) in a collecting hopper(26).
