    • PURPOSE: An icing preventing device of an injector for an LPI(Liquefied Petroleum Injection) engine is provided to remove starting-delay and the increase of the exhaust gas by preventing fuel from leaking out of the injector by intercepting a fuel cut-off valve in turning off the engine. CONSTITUTION: An injector(1) for an LPI engine is composed of the injector and an injector housing(3) fitted and assembled with the injector from the upside and formed with a tip unit(4) disposed at the lower part to guide the fuel jetted from the injector to a combustion chamber. A metal housing is formed in the injector housing to receive an outlet(2) of the injector and an inlet of the tip unit. A heating hot wire(11) is embedded in the housing to prevent the tip unit from icing by supplying an electric current to the hot wire in starting initially the engine.

    • PURPOSE: A backfire reducing device of an LPG(Liquefied Petroleum Gas) engine is provided to reduce pressure due to backfires without problems in the intake efficiency of an LPG engine by adopting a reducing device opened by external force between an air cleaner and a mixer of an intake system of the LPG engine. CONSTITUTION: In the occurrence of backfires in a low-speed high-load area, the pressure thereof flows along a free straight passage to be applied to a housing(10). A door(12) of the housing is turned out by the pressure regardless of the force of a return spring(13). Thereby, the pressure is discharged to the outside easily. When the pressure is removed by external force, the door is closed again by the return spring without any influence of an intake air flow rate. Air is discharged together with the pressure temporarily. Combustion gas does not rise up to an air intake hose(110) even though backfires are generated actually. The pressure is not transferred to an intake system of an engine. Therefore, the damage of alignment including an air cleaner(100) is excluded as well as the trouble of suction is removed.

An air duct(36) is connected to the other side of the air cleaner(40). A gas detecting sensor(50) is formed at an inner portion of the air cleaner(40) and a blowing port(41) is formed at one side of the air cleaner(40). A valve(42) is positioned at an inner portion of the blowing port(41) so as to open/close the blowing port(41). A blowing fan(43) is provided at an outer portion of the blowing port(41).

      본 고안을 적용하면, 엔진과 연료공급라인의 내부에 남은 잔여 LPG가스를 완전히 연소시킴으로써 동절기에 차량의 초기시동이 원활하게 이루어지게 된다.
