The present invention includes a sensor unit with a magnetostrictive wire installed on a central shaft in the longitudinal direction inside the oil storage tank; an oil amount detecting float which includes a first magnetic material and which is installed to be vertically moved along a metallic pipe of the sensor unit corresponding to the oil amount while being floating in the oil inside the oil storage tank; a water amount detecting float which includes a second magnetic material and which is installed to be vertically moved along the metallic pipe of the sensor unit corresponding to the specific gravity of water while being dipped inside the oil storage tank to be close to the bottom surface; and a reformulated gasoline detecting float which includes a third magnetic material and which is installed to be vertically moved along the metallic pipe of the sensor unit corresponding to the specific gravity of the oil while being dipped between the oil surface and water surface.

    • PURPOSE: A floating production storage and offloading (FPSO) is provided to be unnecessary to install a density value measuring device, thereby ensuring the maintenance space on a deck and reducing the cost of installation. CONSTITUTION: A method for measuring the amount of crude oil in an FPSO oil storage tank (10) comprises the following steps of: installing a Coriolis flow meter (20) in a discharging passage (L) through which crude oil is discharged; and measuring the density value and flux value of the crude oil based on the vibration displacement of the Coriolis flow meter without a separate density measurement device. The Coriolis flow meter includes a pair of tubes and sensors. The pair of tubes is provided in the discharging passage to be spaced apart from each other, and the crude oil flows in the tubes. The sensor is provided to contact with the pair of tubes, respectively. And the sensor converts the period of vibration of the pair of tubes into a sine wave. The density value of the crude oil is measured based on the period of vibration of the sine wave.
