Disclosed is the structure comprising: multiple main reinforcing bars installed to be longitudinally arranged at regular distances so that the rectangular structure of the reinforced concrete column is formed; outer tie bars installed to transversely surround the main reinforcing bars; multiple inner tie bars having both ends touching the main reinforcing bars and the outer tie bars and installed in parallel with the outer tie bars; and auxiliary tie bars having bent (hook) parts which are formed at the middle thereof, internally touch the main reinforcing bars, and are hung on the outer tie bars, and having both ends hung on the inner tie bar, thereby improving the ductility and seismic performance of the reinforced concrete column by preventing the inner tie bars from being unfastened, obtaining an economical and eco-friendly effect by innovatively reducing the amount of reinforcing bars required for the inner tie bars depending on simplifying the complicated arrangement of the inner tie bars in seismic designs for columns and the basements of buildings, and largely improving constructability for the arrangement of the reinforcing bars by securing the positions of the inner tie bars and by preventing the reinforcing bars from being dense by the inner tie bars when concrete is placed.
