    • A paste composition for manufacturing a plasma display and a plasma display panel are provided to prevent the dielectric breakdown of a dielectric layer by mixing two kinds of glass frits which have different softening points. An ITO(Indium Tin Oxide) electrode(2) is formed as a sustain electrode at an upper part of the glass substrates(1). A bus electrode(5) is formed by laminating a black layer(3) and an Ag electrode(4) at an upper part of a glass substrates including the ITO electrode. A transparent dielectric layer(6) is coated on an upper part of the bus electrode. An MgO layer(7) for lowering the driving voltage and maintaining voltage of the discharge plasma is formed at an upper part of the transparent dielectric layer. A paste composition for manufacturing a plasma display is formed by mixing two kinds of glass frits which have different softening points in a proper composition ratio.
