    • 본 발명은 분사 노즐에 저전압 입력 전원(100Vac까지의 전압도 가능)이 공급되는 니크롬선으로 이루어진 미세 코일부의 권선에 의해 상기 분사 노즐의 노즐 팁 쪽의 런너 영역을 급속 가열 및 냉각하는 노즐 팁(tip) 가열용 히터를 구비함으로써, 종래와 같이 유도 코일부에 의한 고주파를 가열하지 않고도, 용융 수지의 공급 흐름을 원활하게 하고, 단시간에 분사 노즐 팁 쪽의 온도의 오르내림을 반복할 수 있어, 원통형 박판(薄板)의 가열 히터부를 구현할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 이로 인해 저전압 출력에 의한 순간 가열이 가능하여 기존의 다양한 종류의 컨트롤러를 범용화할 수 있는 저전압 출력에 의해 급속 가열이 가능한 분사 노즐에 관한 것이다.
      이를 위한 저전압 출력에 의해 급속 가열이 가능한 분사 노즐은, 용융 수지 사출기의 일단에 장착되며, 노즐 본체의 중앙을 관통하여 형성된 런너를 통해 금형에 용융 수지를 주입하기 위한 분사 노즐에 있어서, 저전압 입력 전원이 공급되는 니크롬선으로 이루어진 미세 코일부를 상기 분사 노즐의 외주연에 권선하여 상기 분사 노즐의 노즐 팁 쪽의 런너 영역을 급속 가열 및 냉각하는 노즐 팁(tip) 가열용 히터가 구비되는 것을 특징으로 한다.

CONSTITUTION: A cooling water supply apparatus for injection molding comprises a cooling water recovery pipe(210), a cooling water supply pipe(320), a channel shaft(340), a cooling water unit(330), and a connecting unit(350). The cooling water return pipe has a coupling member(220) and a recovery hole(212). The coupling member is coupled with a core unit and allowed to rotate. The cooling water supply pipe is inserted in the recovery hole to supply cooling water through a supply hole to an injection mold. The channel shaft is coupled to the cooling water recovery pipe on top thereof and connected to a cooling water recovery unit. The cooling water supply pipe is connected to the supply channel of a cooling water supply unit. A plurality of sealing members(360) of the channel shaft are installed between the cooling water recovery unit and the cooling water supply unit. The channel shaft is inserted in an insertion hole of the cooling water unit and allowed to rotate. A connection hole(334) of the channel shaft is connected to the insertion hole in order to supply and collect cooling water. One end of the connecting unit is coupled to the connection hole while the other end is coupled with a pipe for supply and recovery of cooling water.

An injection nozzle(20) is mounted on one end of a melted-resin injection machine. The injection nozzle injects melted resin to a mold through a runner(21) passing through the central part of a nozzle body. The system comprises a nozzle-tip heater(10). The micro coils(12) of the nozzle-tip heater is formed from nichrome wires. Low-voltage input power is provided to the nichrome wires. The micro coils are wound on the outer circumferential surface of the injection nozzle.
