CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a foaming multiple walled pipe with high strength is as follows. Ethylene acetate vinyl resins and raw materials of calcium carbonate are added into first, second and third molders of a melting unit , and heated for predetermined time such that melted liquids are formed(S100). An outer wall is formed with polyethylene resins by jetting the melted liquids as constant pressure, and a foaming layer made of the ethylene acetate vinyl resins is formed. A core member formed into a cross shape inject and forms a profile into a square pipe shape(S200). The profile is cooled by passing through a coolant tank(S300). The melted liquids are supplied to a gap in between the profile, and a cylindrical pipe is formed by compressing the polyethylene resins using rollers(S400). When the melted liquids are charged in the gap, a surface of the cylindrical pipe is cooled by jetting coolants through a jet nozzle(S500). The multiple walled pipe is manufactured by cutting the cooled cylindrical pipe(S600).
