    • A stopper for a continuous casting machine is provided to control the injection amount of molten steel supplied to a mold minutely by removing alumina and inclusion fused in the stopper and a tundish steel-tapping hole. A stopper(100) for a continuous casting machine comprises: a hollow pipe(170) being positioned at the top of a steel-tapping hole of a tundish and having an inner diameter facing the steel-tapping hole; a washing stick(110) which is inserted into the inner diameter(172) of the hollow pipe and passes through the hollow pipe; a first elevating cylinder(140) which is connected to the upper end of the washing stick and vertically moves the washing stick; a cutter covering the external diameter of the hollow pipe; and a second elevating cylinder(150) which is connected to the upper end of the cutter and vertically moving the cutter. The bottom of the hollow pipe is a hemisphere-shape adhering closely around the steel-tapping hole. The washing stick comprises: a washing stick rod(112) having smaller external diameter than the inner diameter of the hollow pipe; and a washing stick head(114) having the bigger external diameter than the inner diameter of the hollow pipe.

A device for opening and closing a molten steel injection hole of a tundish cover comprises: a cover body part(100) which is installed to seal the molten steel injection hole formed in the tundish cover, in which a preheating hole(101) is formed such that a shroud nozzle is injected into the preheating hole, which has a hollow part formed therein such that a cooling medium flows through the hollow part, which has an injection hole(111) and a plurality of discharge holes(113) formed in side face thereof such that the cooling medium is injected into the injection hole, and the cooling medium is discharged from the discharge holes, and which is cooled by a flow of the cooling medium; a supporting arm part(200) which is rotated in a state that the supporting arm part supports the cover body part so as to open or close the molten steel injection hole; a plurality of connecting bars(150) which are set up on a top face of the cover body part, and which have pin holes(151) formed in upper portions thereof; and a connecting plate(300) which is installed on an end portion of the supporting arm part, and in which a plurality of connecting bar through-holes(310) are formed such that the connecting bars pass through the connecting bar through-holes, wherein the cover body part is installed on the supporting arm part in a state that the connecting bars pass through the connecting bar through-holes, and fixing pins(152) are fitted into the pin holes.

An injection ladle of a casting apparatus comprises: a ladle body(52) into which molten metal(A) flows along a rear face(52A) thereof, and from which molten metal is discharged to the outside along a front face(52B) thereof; a first partition portion(54) longitudinally formed in a rear upper part of the ladle body in an up/down direction to form a molten metal inflow passage(60) between the first partition portion and the rear face of the ladle body such that the molten metal inflow passage is getting narrow as it goes from an upper side to a lower side of the first partition portion; and a second partition portion(56) of which one end is rotatably connected to a central upper portion of the ladle body, and of which the other end contacts the front face of the ladle body to form a molten metal discharge passage between the other end of the second partition portion and the front face of the ladle body such that size of the molten metal discharge passage is adjustable by molten metal.
