CONSTITUTION: The process belt for grassland and the manufacturing method thereof have following features. A reinforcing fiber material is the process belt for the grassland laid among polyurethane. A nano inorganic filling agent surface-processes with an organosilan coupling agent having a particle surface of 0.2~3% weight. Hardener has an urethane prepolymer, and an active hydrogen group. The urethane prepolymer is obtained by reacting an aromatic isocyanate compound and a polyol.

摘要： The present invention provides a fabric and a fabric structure made of yarns with reduced water absorption. The fabric comprises yarns and interstices between the yarns, the interstices between the yarns having an average width of greater than 100μm. At least one of the yarns is comprised of multiple fibers. Said at least one yarn has voids between the fibers wherein the voids are filled up with a polymer material. The interstices remain open and the size of the interstices is the same as before the treatment. The filling of the voids between the fibers with the polymer material prevents the absorption of water into said voids and therefore leads to reduced water absorption of the fabric. The polymer material is substantially only located within the voids of the yarn and has embedded the fibers within the outer surface of said yarn.

摘要： A base for synthetic leather comprising a nonwoven fabric structure made of ultrafine-denier fiber bundles and a polymeric elastomer contained therein, which satisfies all of the following four requirements: (1) the ultrafine-denier fiber bundles are each composed of on average 6 to 150 gathered ultrafine-denier filaments, (2) the sectional areas of the ultrafine-denier filaments constituting the bundles are 27mum^2 or below and at least 80% of the ultrafine-denier filaments have sectional areas of 0.9 to 25mum^2, (3) the average sectional area of the ultrafine-denier fiber bundles falls within the range of 15 to 150mum^2, and (4) in an arbitrary cross section of the nonwoven fabric structure parallel to the thicknesswise direction thereof, on average 1000 to 3000 cross sections of ultrafine-denier fiber bundles are present per square millimeter. Plush-tone synthetic leathers or silver-clad-tone ones made by using the base are excellent in the characteristics that conventional leathers could not attain.

摘要： A substrate that is capable of generating heat upon activation is provided. Specifically, the substrate is applied with an exothermic coating that may be formed from a variety of different components, including oxidizable metals, carbon components, binders, electrolytic salts, moisture-retaining particles, and so forth. The oxidizable metal is capable of undergoing an exothermic reaction in the presence of oxygen and water to generate heat. To reduce the likelihood of premature activation prior to use, the exothermic coating is anhydrous, i.e., generally free of water. The coated substrate may be employed in a wide variety of articles, such as absorbent articles, thermal blankets, drapes, heating pads etc.
