    • PURPOSE: An energy monitoring and controlling system is provided to monitor and control the power of a power requiring place in remoteness by sending power and obstacle information to a client through an internet and by controlling the power according to a demand from the client. CONSTITUTION: An energy monitoring and controlling system comprises a power monitoring/controlling section(101) which is connected to a wire or wireless communication network through a communication terminal(102). A power monitoring/controlling server(103) is connected with the communication terminal(102). A user terminal(104) is connected with the server(103). The power monitoring/controlling section(101) is provided to a transformer, and measures a power situation of the transformer to provide the measured result to the server(103). The power monitoring/controlling section(101) monitors a power supply state, a peak load state, a power factor state, and a temperature variation by use of the power information. The power monitoring/controlling section(101) generates an alarm indicative of an obstacle state when escaping a normal state. The power monitoring/controlling section(101) recovers an obstacle state of the transformer according to a predetermined command from the server.

    • PURPOSE: A system and a method for collecting power monitoring data are provided to improve efficiency of data collection by collecting the data according to a continuous DNP(Distributed Network Protocol) point list defined by a user. The relay determines whether the collected event is included in the user definition point list or not(S5). If the collected event is included in the user definition point list, the collected event is stored(S6).
