    • A PCB(Printed Circuit Board) is provided to implement stable high speed DRAM operations by connecting and arranging a direct circuit composed of capacitors and resistors between a power source pattern and a GND pattern to consume a high frequency noise by the resistors. A PCB(1) comprises a high speed DRAM and a memory controller, and the high speed DRAM is connected to the memory controller by a memory bus line(43). A power source pattern(20) is connected to the memory bus line through a parallel terminal end resistor(44). A direct circuit is formed by connecting serially the resistor(46) which has a same resistor value to a property impedance of the power source pattern, and the capacitors(45) to a gap of the power source pattern and the ground pattern.

    • Provided is a conduction noise suppressing structure which can suppress conduction noise transmitted through a power supply line, stabilize a power supply voltage and reduce signal transmission line cross talk transmitted through the power supply line or a ground layer without being influenced by a resistive layer. A wiring circuit board is also provided. A conductive noise suppressing structure (10) is provided with a power supply line (11) and a signal transmission line (12) arranged on the same surface by being separated apart; a ground layer (13) arranged to face the power supply line (11) and the signal transmission line (12) by being separated apart from the power supply line and the signal transmission line; and a resistive layer (14) arranged to face the power supply line (11) and the ground layer (13) by being separated apart from the power supply line and the ground layer. The resistive layer (14) has a region (I) facing the power supply line (11) and a region (II) not facing the power supply line (11). The resistive layer (14) and the signal transmission line (12) are separated apart.
