    • A power supply device is provided to limit output energy due to a feedback operation in a sustaining state of abnormal current as well as in a sustaining state of an abnormal voltage. A transformer(130) transforms input power supplied to a primary side and induces the transformed input power to a secondary side. A current sensing unit(140) senses output current of the secondary side of the transformer. A voltage sensing unit(150) senses an output voltage of the secondary side of the transformer. A switching unit(160) controls the output voltage of the transformer. A control unit(170) controls the switching unit in order to maintain a constant level of the output energy as a product of the output current and the output voltage.

    • PURPOSE: A driving circuit of directly connected semiconductor devices is provided to simplify the structure of a driving circuit by loading driving signal generation circuits on n-driving parts, respectively. CONSTITUTION: A driving circuit including a driving portion turns on or off the power connected with a load by supplying driving signals to directly connected semiconductor devices of n number. The driving portion has a power source(Vdc), driving parts(D1-Dn) of n number, and a switch(SW1). The power source(Vdc) is used as an input power. The transformer(TR1-TRn) The driving parts(D1-Dn) are formed with the transformers, inductances and capacitors of n number in order to provide independent powers of n number to semiconductor devices of n number. The switch(SW1) applies the first voltage to the driving parts(D1-Dn).

    • PURPOSE: A DC power supply circuit is provided to divide load of each converter easily by cascading outputs of the converters and simplify construction of the circuit to reduce cost by using a control circuit executing control of feedback for the converters commonly. CONSTITUTION: A DC power supply circuit has a plurality of converters, an output circuit and a common control circuit. The plurality of converters(21-23) respectively has a converter transformer, a switch for switching DC input and supplying it to primary side of the converter transformer and rectifier circuit for rectifying voltage output from secondary side of the converter transformer. The output circuit obtains a mixed output voltage by cascading each output voltage of the plurality of converters. The common control circuits(25-30) feedback-controls the plurality of converters depending on difference of the mixed output voltage and a reference voltage.
