    • A scanning device driving control apparatus and a method thereof are provided to maintain the driving characteristic by converting a mode into an open loop mode in case that information about the damage of a sensor or a control incapable state is input during driving the device in a closed-loop type. A sensing part perceives the operation state of a scanning device(320), and outputs a sensing signal corresponding to an operation state. A sensing signal determining unit(315) determines whether the sensing signal is positioned within the range. The open loop mode according to the decision result at the sensing signal determining unit or the mode selection part(325) selects a closed loop mode or open loop mode according to the decision result at the sensing signal. A controller outputs the driving signal according to the selected mode and controls the drive of the scanning device.

In this case, a direct current flows to an emitter, and the direct current passing through the emitter is transmitted to a red luminous device(14) so as to emit red light. The bar code of reticle moving down to the decoder(10) analyzes the red light, and then the detector of the decoder(10) decodes the bar code of reticle based upon the red light.
