    • The present invention provides an injection nozzle introducing apparatus for a furnace, which includes: a body coupled to one side of the furnace to support the injection nozzle slidably in a leveled state; a driving unit coupled to the body to generate rotational driving force; a pushing unit that is coupled to the driving unit in the state that the pushing unit is installed in the body, receives the rotational driving force from the driving unit to convert the rotational driving force into a linear motion, and then pushes the injection nozzle inward of the furnace; and a driving control unit that detects the position of the pushing unit in a horizontal direction according to the linear motion of the pushing unit and controls the operation of the driving unit. As described above, according to the injection nozzle introducing apparatus for the furnace, the driving control unit controls the driving unit to operate at a predetermined period of time while automatically allowing the pushing unit to periodically introduce the injection nozzle into the furnace. Accordingly, the introducing work of the injection nozzle can be easily performed and accident can be prevented.

    • A method and equipment for correcting the temperature of hot metal are provided to prevent solidification of hot metal and prevent facility accidents such as a fire due to the solidification of the hot metal by thermally insulating or increasing temperature of hot metal consistently although charging waiting circumstances of hot metal are maintained for a long time. In equipment for correcting the temperature of hot metal in charging waiting circumstances of hot metal, the equipment comprises a hot metal ladle burner(10) which is installed in an upper part of a hot metal ladle in a way that an upper space of the hot metal ladle can be opened or closed, and which corrects or increases temperature of the hot metal by combustion heat of the combustible gas by injecting a combustible gas supplied from the outside into the hot metal ladle and burning the combustible gas. The hot metal ladle burner includes a heat protection cover(13), a heat burner(11), a heat burner case(12), an exhaust port(14), and a temperature measuring part(15). The heat protection cover has shaped refractories(13a) constructed therein to prevent degradation of the heat protection cover by reducing contraction and expansion due to a temperature change between the outside and the inside of the heat protection cover.

    • A tuyere of a melter gasifier is provided to prevent explosion from being generated within the melter gasifier by flowing cooling water into the melter gasifier, and enable life of the tuyere to be extended by preventing a tuyere body from being damaged. A tuyere(100) of a melter gasifier includes: a tuyere body(10); an oxygen blowing hole(20) penetrated into a central part of the tuyere body; a cooling conduit formed in the tuyere body; a grain coal injection pipe(50) formed in the outer side of the oxygen blowing hole through the tuyere body; and a protection pipe(60) formed to surround the grain coal injection pipe. The protection pipe extends to the outside of a rear portion(10b) of the tuyere body. The protection pipe has a socket(70) formed on an end portion thereof, and a guiding pipe(80) is connected to the socket such that the grain coal injection pipe is inserted into the guiding pipe. The protection pipe is made of high carbon steel. The cooling conduit includes a body cooling water chamber(30), a nose cooling water supply pipe(40), and a diaphragm.
