    • PURPOSE: An ice slurry supply system with an agitating tank is provided to reduce overall costs and energy consumption thereof by carrying out agitation in a separate agitating tank. CONSTITUTION: An ice slurry supply system comprises an ice maker(100), a regenerative tank(200), an agitating tank(300), and a three way valve(401). The ice maker makes a thermal medium into ice slurry including minute ice particles. The regenerative tank stores the ice slurry from the ice maker and delivers the ice slurry through a transfer pipe to the agitating tank. The agitating tank receives the ice slurry from the ice maker and the regenerative and agitates the ice slurry to a uniform density. The three way valve supplies the ice slurry made by the ice maker to one of the regenerative tank and the agitating tank.

    • PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for freezing the seawater are provided to move up a freezing time since an icy field is formed on the sea using the cold air below zero temperature. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for freezing the seawater comprises a storage tank(10), a compressor(20), a first pump(32), a first nozzle(42), a screen and a second nozzle(44). The compressor compresses the cold air and injects it to the storage tank. The first pump sends the water, which has been super-cooled by the cold air. The first nozzle injects the super-cooled water, which has been sent through the first pump, onto the sea. The screen is installed in the first nozzle and atomizes the super-cooled water. The second nozzle is connected to the compressor and injects the cold air to the injected super-cooled water.

The sump concentrates cool water and cool air. The discharging unit discharges cool water and cool air collected in the sump.
