The present invention can be easily installed by simply fixing the window connection arm on a window frame and a window using the fixing members to be able to rotate. One end of the window connection arm can be easily dissembled or coupled, thereby increasing open angles of the window as needed, as well as allowing easy adjusting of the opening and closing speed of the window.

The vacuum insulating material is connected to one side of the flexible insulating material. The plate wraps the flexible insulating material and the vacuum insulating material. The rotation limit projection limits the rotation of the hinged window to the indoor side. The gasket is installed in the rotation limit projection and is closely adhered to the hinged window.
