    • The present invention relates to a card key with reinforced strength and a manufacturing method thereof especially, a card key with reinforced strength and a manufacturing method thereof capable of improving the strength while reducing the thickness of the card key. The card key with reinforced strength comprises a circuit board where an electronic component is mounted at one side; a key holder which is mounted at the circuit board and in which a mechanical type key is inserted therein; a battery holder which is mounted at the circuit board and in which a battery applying power to the electronic component is inserted therein; a supporting rod mounted at the other side of the circuit board for supporting the strength of the circuit board; and a resin case surrounding the circuit board, the key holder, the battery holder and the supporting rod wherein the supporting rod is formed in the shape of a rod for being longitudinally mounted at the other side of the circuit board.

    • PURPOSE: A vehicle card key and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to increase durability and to decrease thickness and weight. CONSTITUTION: A vehicle card key (100) includes a substrate (110), an accommodating member (120) and a battery (20). The substrate comprises an installation side (111) in which a conductor pattern is formed only in one side, and is mounted with every kind of circuit element (112) for wireless transmission and receiving with a vehicle, and assures a region where a mechanical key (10) is assembled. The accommodation member is formed with a stainless material on a region, and assures a hollow space where the mechanical key is assembled. The battery is used as a power source for the card key or a case (130) sealing the substrate and the accommodation member.
