    • 본 고안은 고급 빌딩이나 오피스 빌딩 및 정보화 빌딩 등에서 바닥재로 사용하는 이중 바닥판(Access Floor)의 구성 중 조이너(Joiner)의 조립구조를 개선한 건물용 이중바닥판의 조이너 조립구조에 관한 것이다.
      본 고안의 구성은 상면에 마감재(1)가 접착되는 상판(2)과, 상기 상판(2)의 하단에 접합되는 하판(3)과, 상기 상판(2)과 하판(3)이 상호 결합되는 에지부(4)에 플라스틱재의 조이너(5)가 결합 구성된 것에 있어서, 상기 에지부(4)의 밑면에 턱(9)이 형성되고 상기 조이너(5)의 하측부에는 상기 턱(9)과 당접되어 결착되는 결착용 턱(8)을 일체로 형성하여서 된 것이다.
      위와 같은 본 고안은 이중바닥판의 에지부(4)에 플라스틱재의 조이너(5)을 조립함에 있어 조이너(5)의 하측부에 결착용 턱(8)을 형성하여 에지부(4)의 하측부에 형성되는 턱(9)과 당접되게 결합함으로써 조이너(5)의 조립상태를 장기간 양호하게 유지할 수 있다. 따라서, 외부로부터 이중바닥판에 충격 등이 장기간 가해지더라도 에지부(4)의 밑면에서 조이너(5)가 이탈되는 것을 방지할 수 있는 효과가 있다.

    • PURPOSE: A connector for a deck is provided to prevent the end of a deck plate from cracking because a fixing unit, usually fastened to the end of the deck plate, is not required. CONSTITUTION: A connector(10) for a deck comprises a pair of fastening plates(11), a pair of upper side plates(12), and a pair of lower side plates(13). The fastening plates are separated from each other to have spaces between the fastening plates. The upper side plates are bent downward from both ends of the fastening plates. The lower side plates are bent upward from both ends of the spaces of the fastening plates. When a deck is fastened to the connector, a joist is located between the lower side plates, and a deck plate is located between the upper side plates.

    • PURPOSE: A replacement method for a deck board and a connector for the replacement of a deck board are provided to efficiently perform the replacement work of a deck board by simply coupling a repair material to one side of a deck. CONSTITUTION: A replacement method for a deck board uses a deck board assembling connector(100). A lower plate member, a vertical member, and an upper plate member are integrally formed in the deck board assembling connector. The vertical member is arranged to be vertical to the lower plate member by removing the upper plate member and a ring from the deck board assembly connector. A deck board replacing connector is coupled to a coupling groove of a new deck board(1). The coupling groove of the deck board is coupled to the upper plate member of the deck board assembly connector and is coupled to the deck board assembly connector in which the replacing connector is removed. The new deck board is fixed by coupling the deck board assembly connector to the replacing connector.

    • A sliding connection structure of a flooring panel using a connector is provided to restrict a gap between the flooring panels, and to prevent dimensional deformation, bending or distortion due to humidity or temperature change by efficiently connecting and installing the flooring panels with the connector. Two panels(10c,20c) include wood boards(11c,21c) and surface layers(12,22). Grooves(14c,23c) are formed at a side and a lower part of the wood board to insert a connector(30c). The groove is processed easily, and breakage is restricted by opening a lower part of the panel. A flooring panel is constructed simply by pushing and fitting the panels to the connector after fixing the connector in a floor. The connector comprises a thick plate body(31c), a couple of upper rail parts(32c,33c) vertically protruded and symmetrically formed at both ends of the body, and side rail parts(34c,35c) horizontally protruded at both sides of the body.

The fixed piece is fixed to the bottom end of the pipe. The pressing piece is fixed to the bottom of the movable block and is moved when the movable block is moved. The screw rotating handle rotates the screw.
