    • A cathode for use in the refining or winning of metals, typically used in the electro-refining or winning of copper, comprising a substantially flat deposition plate fixedly attached along an upper edge thereof to an elongate hanger bar thereby defining a connection.     • The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing an aqueous anticorrosive composition comprising the steps of (a) mixing a water-soluble acrylic emulsion with an anticorrosive agent to be stirred; (b) adding an antifoamer in purified water to be stirred, adding an organic volatile solvent a, a counteragent, a zeolithe and an antibacterial surfactant to be stirred and obtaining a impregnation substance; and (c) adding an organic volatile solvent b after cooling the impregnation substance obtained in the step (b) to be stirred. The aqueous anticorrosive composition manufactured by the method of the present invention prevents rust and discoloration, has excellent internal penetration and is eco-friendly, thereby preventing a harmful substance to a human body from being contained or emitted.

A detecting sensor unit(210) adheres to the lower end part of the constant quantity flow meter low-end, and detects the supply of the varnish. The pulsation prevention tube(230) prevents pulsation which is generated when the air is put into the varnish which is injected into the constant quantity flow meter. The detecting sensor unit comprises optical sensor.
