    • PURPOSE: An electric wire supporting rod and a contact breaking method using the same are provided to easily break contact of a power line from an existing arm press and an electric pole by mounting the electric wire supporting rod at a live wire wagon and vertically moving the mounted wire supporting rod. CONSTITUTION: A vertical supporting rod(110) is combined with the winch of a live wire wagon and moves vertically. A horizontal supporting rod(120) is combined with one side of the vertical supporting rod to be crossed at right angles. An insulation roller(140) is combined with the horizontal supporting rod and fixes an electric wire. A horizontal supporting rod combining part(130) is combined with one side of the vertical supporting rod and combines the vertical supporting rod with the horizontal supporting rod. A rope linkage(150) is mounted at the lower side of the vertical supporting rod.

The tow-bar is formed in front of the main body to be drawn.

    • A method for replacing a pad mounted transformer for electric distribution in uninterruptible state is provided to completely perform a replacing operation of a pad mounted transformer by supplying a power source of the same quality to a secondary side underground low voltage cable of the pad mounted transformer. A UPS(Uninterruptible Power Supply)(3), a battery(12), a generator(13), and a bypass cable are mounted on a uninterruptible bypass device. The battery supplies a DC power to an inverter of the UPS in a power outage of a commercial AC power supplied in the UPS. The generator supplements a time limit of the battery. The bypass cable is connected to an input terminal and an output terminal or the UPS. A charging power of the battery and an output power of the generator are supplied to a secondary side low voltage cable in replacing the pad mounted transformer. The pad mounted transformer is completely separated from a distribution cable, and is replaced in a dead line state.
