    • Disclosed is an auxiliary wheel shaft structure for a vehicle having an improved structure. According to the present invention, a sufficient ground clearance can be ensured while a large-capacity air spring with a relatively large height is applied. Also, a sufficient space can be ensured for self-steering and power steering while structural stability and firmness are improved. The auxiliary wheel shaft structure for a vehicle includes a frame that is coupled with a vehicle body; a rod arm that is rotatably coupled with the frame about an axis of rotation; a lift air bag and a ride air bag that are provided in the frame, are expanded by compressed air, and lift and lower auxiliary wheels; and an axle that connects the auxiliary wheels. The rod arm is provided with a bent portion, and at least a part of the bent portion is formed to be bent upward. The axle is fastened to a lower side of the bent portion. The auxiliary wheel shaft structure for a vehicle can be significantly improved in structural strength, and a deformation of the auxiliary wheel shaft structure for a vehicle can be minimized against a larger force compared to a linear rod arm of the related art. Also, the present invention can be controlled in vertical and horizontal directions while a stable driving effect can be obtained. In addition, tire wear and vehicle body impact are decreased, fuel economy is improved, a sufficient ground clearance is ensured, interference with a driving shaft, the axle, and the like is effectively prevented, and load weight distribution is optimized.

The bellows is connected inside of the outer cylinder and the inner cylinder. The bearing is installed on the inner side of a fixing part in the upper damper of the inner cylinder, and is able to absorb rotary power with the damper.

    • PURPOSE: A self leveling shock absorber is provided to ensure improved response speed because of a simplified flow path structure that minimizes pressure loss. CONSTITUTION: A self leveling shock absorber comprises a base shell(110), an inner tube(112), a piston rod(120), a piston valve(130), an outer tube(114), a body valve(140), and an opening/closing ring(151). The inner tube is installed inside the base shell and forms a low pressure chamber(111) in a gap formed between the inner tube and the base shell. The piston rod is installed inside the inner tube. The piston valve is coupled to the end part of the piston rod and divides the inside of the inner tube into an extension chamber(113) and a compression chamber(115). The outer tube is installed in the lower outer side of the inner tube and forms a high pressure chamber(118) and a gas chamber(119) which are divided by a diaphragm(117) in a gap between the outer tube and the base shell. The body valve is installed in the bottom of the inner tube and controls fluid flow between the high pressure chamber and the low pressure chamber. The opening/closing ring is formed in the lower part of the inner tube and selectively opens/closes a discharge hole for discharging working fluid in the compression chamber to the low pressure chamber by interlocking with the piston rod.
